Terms

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of portal42.com — this website.

They are not your software agreement. If your dispensary licenses Portal42, that relationship is governed by the contract you signed with us. Where the two disagree, your signed contract wins.

Using this site

You may read this site, share links to it, and get in touch. Please do not:

• try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it
• scrape it wholesale or copy it to pass off as your own
• use it to send us anything unlawful or harmful

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time.

What is on this site

We describe our software as accurately as we can, and we label what is live, what is in beta and what is still being built. Screens and figures shown are illustrative unless we say otherwise.

Descriptions on this site are not a contractual promise about what any particular store will get. What you are entitled to is set out in your agreement with us.

Ownership

The Portal42 name, logo, the content of this site and the software it describes belong to us. Using the site does not transfer any of that to you.

Anything you send us — feedback, questions, suggestions about how the product should work — we may use to improve what we build, without owing you anything for it. Please do not send us confidential information through this site.

Links to other places

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for what is on the other end.

No warranty on this website

This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, or that everything on it is free of error.

Limit of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and disputes about them belong to the courts there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page.
